I was kindly sent out a couple of lots by the British Asparagus group this week, so I decided to make this dish, primarily since I had feta in the fridge and believed it would be an excellent concept. Turns out, it was. A fast note about the preserved lemon you do not necessarily need to buy it especially for this recipe if you don't think you'll use it in anything else (due to the fact that only a very small quantity is needed), BUT if you do occur to have some in the fridge, then I highly recommend it as I believe it works amazingly with the feta.
